Your Service remains in full effect for the duration of its terms and conditions.
2. What happens if I have an outstanding Quote for equipment with Sound or Eklin now that the companies have merged?
The quote is valid per the terms and conditions stated on the quote.
3. Are the terms of my Warranty on equipment I purchased from Sound or Eklin the same now that the companies have merged?
Yes, the Warranty is the same with the new company, Sound-Eklin, per terms and conditions of the Warranty.
4. How will the Sound-Eklin product lines change?
Customers and prospects of Sound-Eklin will see the same products offered by the two individual companies. The Product development team at Sound-Eklin is known for developing new innovative ways to address challenges veterinarians face today and will face in the future.
5. If I have an Eklin remote subscription, will the pricing change under the new Sound-Eklin company?
No, the pricing will be the same during the term of the subscription.
6. Will my contact information change for the new company Sound-Eklin change?
No all your current contact information will remain the same.
7. Will my Sales Representative stay the same with the new company Sound-Eklin?
The selling areas have been restructured to allow more personal contact with customers to address needs. In some areas the Sales representative has changed. They will be contacting you in the next 30 days. If immediate needs arise please call us at (800) 268-5354.

The company Sound-Eklin brings together two recognized leaders in veterinary medical imaging and creates the clear market share and technology leader in small animal and equine practice worldwide. The combination of expanded services and talented people from both organizations will provide the ability to offer veterinary care providers much broader and deeper technology solutions, customer education and customer care.
9. My equipment installation is already scheduled. Will that change with the new company Sound-Eklin?
No, the equipment installation schedule you have will remain the same.
